What commenced as a wholesale bakery nicely above a ten years back by pastry chef and proprietor Gary Potter and spouse Rochelle, has observed a few iterations prior to landing on the present-day retail-only place in 2022.

Stepping by the doorway feels like stepping into a standard French pâtisserie in which Potter and his group use hundred-yr-aged approaches to craft layer soon after layer of rich, flaky goodness.

From flavorful croissants to artfully executed standouts like Kouign Amann (pronounced queen-a-mahn) in all its buttery, caramelized-sugar-outer-crust glory, it’s a stage of detail not frequently found and a flavor even rarer.

Meticulously shown like gems in their situations are shelf after shelf of delectable tarts, cookies, and pound cakes. A large variety of gentle, chewy macaron flavors can be uncovered daily, and even a choice of doughnuts. Glance for seasonal macarons and confections like Bûche de Noël obtainable for pre-order in the course of the vacations.
